By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
My commission status will always be posted on all my social medias. If its closed I will not respond to commission requests. If you have any questions about prices or when they will open again all that info will be on here ^w^
DNI if you support zoophiles, pedophiles, are racist, LGBTQIA+ phobic, ect...This is still a work in progress so things are subject to change/edits right now, please bear with me while i work this out

You may not resell any commissions/art received from me with a Non Fungible Token (NFT) or through any form of Cryptocurrency, or use it for anything to do with the blockchain.I will never resell/repurpose your commission piece(s) with Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or involve it with anything blockchain related.
Do not redistribute, claim, copy, edit, or use it in any way.
My artwork is copyright to me. You are not allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission!
Only the commissioner of a piece of artwork may reupload the work.
The commissioner may also, if desired, use the work as part of a ref or crop it for an icon.
You are not allowed to edit my art in any way! That also means no coloring my uncolored work!
You must always credit me when reposting or using any of my art!
You are not allowed to use my art for commercial use without my proven consent and signed agreement.
I am allowed to sell prints or other merchandise of any artwork I create if I so choose, unless you state otherwise before commissioning me or requested a private commission.
Violations to this Terms of Service Agreement will result in Artist Beware / Commissioners Beware, etc. and you will be added to my permablacklist.

(3-6 characters)- comes w/simple shading & simple background-price goes up depending on number of characters and complexity.

+ $5-$10 depending on size of commission+50% per extra character

Payment
I only Use PayPal and only US currency(as of rn)
Anything $30 and under will be paid for upfront.
Payment plans can be made for anything $31+
If a payment is missed without notice I will pause work on the commission. If payment continues to be delayed even after bringing it up to the commissioner I will cancel the commission.
Refunds will be done on a case by case basis.
